How do I activate my eSIM?
After purchase, you will receive a QR code. Open your device's cellular/mobile network settings,
select "Add eSIM" or "Add Cellular Plan", and scan the QR code.
Afterwards, enable mobile data and data roaming for the eSIM.
When should I activate the eSIM?
We recommend activating the eSIM only when you actually want to use it.
For many data plans, the validity period begins as soon as the eSIM connects to the network for the first time.
Does the eSIM work immediately after purchase?
Yes, generally the eSIM can be installed immediately after receiving the QR code.
After activation, it may take a few minutes for the connection to become fully stable.
Which devices support eSIM?

Do I need a physical SIM card?

What does Unlimited eSIM mean?
Unlimited means you can continue to use data. Depending on the plan, the speed
may be reduced after high data usage. Unlimited plans are particularly suitable for
WhatsApp,
navigation, emails, and normal web browsing.
Is Unlimited suitable for downloads or streaming?
Unlimited plans are not always ideal for large downloads, uploads, or continuous high-definition streaming.
For high and stable speeds, we recommend regular data packages such as 10GB, 20GB, or 50GB.
What is the difference between Unlimited and fixed data packages?
Unlimited plans are well-suited for daily everyday use. Fixed data packages often provide a
more stable and faster connection, especially for downloads, streaming, work, or hotspot usage.
Can I use Hotspot or Tethering?
Hotspot or tethering is allowed on many plans. Availability can vary depending on the specific plan,
country, and network provider. Please check the plan details before purchasing.
Does the eSIM come with a phone number?
Many eSIM data plans do not include a phone number and are designed for internet data only.
However, some specific plans do include calls and SMS. Please check the plan description
before buying.
Can I make phone calls with the eSIM?
If the plan is data-only, you can still make voice and video calls through apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, FaceTime, or Skype.
Standard voice calls and SMS are only possible if the plan explicitly includes minutes and text messages.
Why is my eSIM not working immediately?
Please check if the eSIM profile is enabled, mobile data is selected for this eSIM,
and data roaming is turned on. Additionally, toggle Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds
and restart your device.
Does data roaming need to be activated?
Yes, for many eSIM plans, data roaming must be enabled in your settings for the connection to work.
This will not incur any additional roaming fees on your eSIM package.
Can I transfer my eSIM to another device?
In most cases, a QR code can only be installed once.

How fast will I receive my eSIM?
