Please read the following conditions carefully before purchasing or reselling eSIM tariffs.
1) Instant refund – Confirmed technical problems
Instant refund
An immediate refund may be made if all of the following conditions are met:
The eSIM cannot be installed due to a confirmed technical error, or
a supported mobile operator causes a network failure, and
the eSIM has not been activated and has no data consumption.
After confirmation by our technical team, the refund will be processed immediately.
2) Enabled or used eSIMs – Non-refundable
Non-refundable
For eSIMs that have been activated, partially used or whose data consumption was recorded, there is no right to a refund, even with minimal use.
Once an eSIM is connected to a network, it is considered delivered and used.
3) Unused eSIMs – 30-day refund period 30 days
If you have purchased an eSIM but not activated it, you can request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Applications received after this period will not be approved.
This protects traders from the risk of long-term unused inventories.
4) Availability of network operators and networks
Refunds are excluded if the service interruption is caused by:Nationwide grid shutdowns
Temporary failures of the network operator
Local regulations that affect eSIM connectivity
In these cases, the service will be automatically restored as soon as the network of the network operator is available again.
5) Compliance with the Terms of Use of Vodafone & O2
Vodafone and O2-eSIM tariffs are only valid in officially supported countries. When using outside supported regions:
If the eSIM is automatically deactivated.
There will be no refund.
Dealers are responsible for clearly communicating the supported regions to end customers.
6) eSIM tariffs for voice and SMS services
All eSIM tariffs with voice and/or SMS services are non-refundable regardless of the activation or usage status.
Important note for merchants: The permission to refund is checked on the basis of network protocols, activation status and network operator data. All decisions are made objectively to ensure fairness and uniformity.
